Mandarin NewsLine, Mandarin’s community newspaper, is published by RT Publishing, Inc. This monthly newspaper was first published in October 2006.
Currently celebrating our 10th anniversary, RT Publishing has been publishing community newspapers and other community oriented publications in the North Florida market since January 2001. The company is owned and operated by the publisher, Rebecca Taus, a native of Jacksonville, Florida.
Mandarin NewsLine Community Newspaper:

- Is a subscription-free publication delivered to all addresses in the 32223, 32258 and selected routes in 32257 zip codes market area by the United States Post Office.
